Changed your mind

You can return a kit within 15 days of delivery. Returns are refunded as store credit to use on any other kit.

Damaged or incomplete kits

If your kit arrives damaged, or something is missing, we will take it back and exchange it at no extra cost to you.

How to start a return or exchange

Send us a message through our contact page with your order number and, for a damaged kit, a photo of the problem. We will reply with the next steps.
